This dynamic company is currently seeking an individual that has excellent relationship building skills in the Home Care Arena. This motivated, self-starter will primarily build solid, professional relationships with referral providers in the local market. Strong presentation and communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales
Ability to develop new client leads and establish/maintain productive referral sources
Capable of meeting sales growth and development targets while maintaining market awareness
Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups
Must be highly self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and personable approach to interacting with prospective clients and their families.
- Sales and Networking Skills: Proven track record of generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong referral networks.
- Event Planning Experience: Demonstrated ability to organize and promote community events, both virtual and in-person, to engage with potential clients and their families.
- Knowledge of Senior Care: Familiarity with the senior living industry, including the challenges and needs of seniors and their families, is highly desirable.
- Relationship Building: A natural ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and community members.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing and CRM tools, social media platforms, and general office software (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Suite, etc.).
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local community, including senior services, health organizations, and other facilities.
Qualifications:
- (Preferred but not required) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare and personal care services.
